GETTING AROUND Rancho Palos Verdes
Lay of the Land:
A VISUAL GeTAWAY EVERYDAY
Being one of the largest areas on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, it features winding streets through hills and cliff sides which offer some amazing hiking trails with spectacular views.
With world famous destinations like Terranea Resort, Trump National Golf Course, the magnificent Wayfarers Chapel, and even the Point Vicente lighthouse, you will never run out of beautiful living in this area.
Miraleste is a portion of Rancho Palos Verdes that is located in the middle of the area, and none of this area touches the water. Though located on great parts of the hill, the almost 5,000 residents in this area get some of the greatest views of the ocean and San Pedro harbor.
A MATURE MIX OF HOME OWNERS
The people here live a more tranquil pace of life. With a majority of the population in RPV being in their 40’s and up. You won’t find too much crazy nightlife here due to a small number of restaurants and bars. We recommend Terranea for all of your libations and relaxations when in RPV.
You will find the day trippers who drive from all over Southern California to hike and enjoy the breathtaking views this area has to offer.
FAMILY HOMES TO MANSIONS FIT FOR ROYALTY
From ornate and lavish tuscany style villas to average family homes, Rancho Palos Verdes has it all. With the average house price is floating above a million, this area offers some of the greatest homes for established families and people looking for a great community away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.
In some areas of RPV you can find some of the most stunning architecture and lavish outdoor spaces. But being the large city that it is, it offers a diverse spectrum of homes for buyers of every shape.
