THE HILL SECTION
The Hill Section is rightly named due to its location on hills in Manhattan Beach. Many might say this is one of the most aesthetically astonishing and residentially desirable hills in the South Bay.
The pace of life seems a little slower up here compared to closer to the sand, but that's because everyone here has their own backyard that they can entertain and run around in.
With lots being snatched up to do complete tear downs left and right, the Hill Section is always evolving. This is an area where people aren't afraid to invest to make their dream home with a view, come true.
