If classic black and white tickles your fancy, then let 132 33rd Street tickle you into buying it. This brand new industrial farmhouse is located in North Hermosa Beach and had us swooning from the curb.

Entering this home while it was still unfurnished was a nice change of pace, and it helped us pay attention to how detailed the craftsmanship is throughout the home. The kitchen, and really the entire home, looks like it’s plucked right out of a Restoration Hardware magazine. With a beautiful blend of white, grays and blacks, the kitchen spreads into a wide open great room that leads to a spacious balcony. The rooftop deck is accessible from the balcony and the unobstructed views you have once you get to the top will make your jaw drop all the way down to the tiled floor. Back inside, every bedroom has differently detailed white walls and black framed windows. All the bathrooms show quality and attention to detail, especially the master bath, with its stand alone tub and steam shower. The real deal closer to us was when we realized that this beach house kept going as we moved to the basement. There you’ll find a tiered movie theater and massive bar with a 600 bottle wine unit! Needless to say, we wanted to move in right then and there.

Overall, this home is crisp and sophisticated. Being that it’s about 3 doors up from the sand and has more than enough room for a family, this one will get snatched up fast. We loved this house from roof top to basement.
