4 Things To Do For Easter in the South Bay

No matter what age you are Easter is always a special time of the year. For kids, finding eggs and eating peeps is the highlight of this day, but for adults it's about spending time with family and loved ones. The South Bay is packed with fun things to do this holiday weekend from Easter egg hunts, brunch, to Easter keg hunts. So we went ahead and made a list of 4 things to do in South Bay Easter to bring the spirit into your Easter weekend.

1. Hunt for Easter Eggs in Manhattan Beach

Get over Downtown Manhattan Beach Farmers’ Market on Tuesday, March 22 at Metlox Plaza. The Easter Bunny will be there and so will the egg hunt. Kids can also take a train ride and snap some pictures with the Easter bunny as well.

2. Terranea Easter Ballroom Brunch & EggStravaganzA

Terranea never disappoints when it comes to brunch. Terranea’s Easter Ballroom Brunch is on Sunday, in the Palos Verdes Grand Ballroom. The holiday brunch includes the most delicious spread of house-made morning pastries, an egg and omelet station, an Asian kitchen buffet, pasta and risotto station, carving board, cheese and charcuterie, salad bar, dessert station, and more. The event will also feature a kid’s buffet and a kid’s dessert table. On top of all of that is the Easter Eggstravaganza as well as their Petting Zoo with adorable bunnies, chicks, and sheep that play in the meadows for guests of all ages to enjoy. For more info visit here

3. El Segundo Easter Keg Hunt

For a more adult take on the classic Easter egg hunt, get a team together and try the original El Segundo Easter Keg Hunt. It is back for it's 9th year and will be better than ever! As always, The Hunt begins at The Tavern on Main for team registration. This fun, charitable event benefits Ed!, El Segundo's Education Foundation. Games begin at 2:30 and you have to find 1 of 8 decorated kegs hidden somewhere in downtown El Segundo. A fantastic prize basket will be awarded to each team that finds a keg. For more info visit here

4. Bunny Photos at Del Amo Fashion Center

Make a memory that will last forever this Easter and have your kids take a photo with the Easter Bunny at Del Amo's new Fashion Center. The Bunny Photo Experience runs through Saturday, March 26 on the main level near Macy’s, in the center’s new Fashion Wing, which boasts 100 new retailers. Kids will have the chance to visit with the Bunny and take home a treasured snapshot of the fun occasion. For more info visit here
