333 10th Street | Classic South Bay

333 10th Street is located, a few skips from Pier Avenue, in the heart of Hermosa Beach. This 4 bedroom 4 bath home is a classic example of “South Bay Style”. Our favorite part was the hidden gem of the home waiting for us on the roof… but we’ll get to that later.

When you walk up the stairs and into the 2,849 ft2 town home, you are greeted by a beach splashed family room with a homey fireplace and shuttered windows all around that let in the coastal light. Flowing from the family room, the kitchen and dining room are both open and inviting. The kitchen was nice, but we could definitely see a potential buyer wanting it redone with some new countertops and cabinets. According to the MLS there are included plans and a quote for a complete kitchen remodel. The seaside charm continues into the master bedroom, with beach-y blue walls and a private balcony with ocean views. The master bath could definitely use some updating but nothing crazy. Some new shower doors and new tile could definitely help spruce it up and get it up to speed with today’s style.

Now on to our favorite part of the home…the rooftop. With insane ocean views from Palos Verdes to Malibu, this is where we would spend all of our time. Though we have seen many rooftop decks in the South Bay, it is rare that you find one like this. It has a large enclosed bar and so much space for entertaining! If only the bar included a margarita machine…then it would be perfect!

Overall, this home is wonderful and is overflowing with beach charm. It is close to downtown, so you do get everything that comes with living by all the restaurants and bars. But with a two car garage and 3 guests parking and it being walking distance to the beach, the location shouldn’t be a problem. You’d be crazy to not want this home… I mean, it has a rooftop bar!
